To help us stay connected and better serve you, we kindly ask you to complete our Parish Registration Form. This form comes in two options: Individual/Couples Registration and Family Registration. Please choose the form that best suits your circumstances.
Your participation in this registration process is invaluable to us. It not only helps us build a stronger sense of community but also enables us to provide more personalized pastoral care.
We would encourage those Parishioners, who know of someone within our community, (the housebound, resident in Nursing Home etc.) and unable to complete/provide their details, to assist them.
Your privacy is important to us, and we want to communicate with church members in a way which has their consent, and which is in line with UK law on data protection. As a result of a change in UK law, we now need your consent to how we contact you.
